Exhibitor from Las Vegas brings famous cigar aficionado to the trade fair
Born in Recklinghausen. And now known all over the world. Ralf Moeller is one of the most internationally successful German actors. Now at home in Hollywood, he is making a detour to his home country on Thursday (September 18). As a guest of the exhibitor LA FLOR DE ZAIDA from the USA, he will be visiting InterTabac, the world’s leading trade fair for the tobacco industry, in Dortmund.
Dortmund, 16.09.2025 – Visitors to the world’s largest trade fair for tobacco products and smoking accessories can experience Ralf Moeller up close at the Las Vegas-based company’s stand in Hall 4. He will be present at stand A16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The “Gladiator” star is closely associated with the exhibitor’s CEO, Antonino Piredda, and is known as a cigar aficionado. At InterTabac, he will be sampling the high-quality cigars from LA FLOR DE ZAIDA. During his visit, the actor, who will be appearing in “Dragonlord” next year, will of course also be available to sign autographs and take photos with trade visitors to the trade fair.
Fabrizio Sotti, co-owner of the brand, will provide the musical backdrop. He not only specializes in cigars, but is also a renowned jazz guitarist and producer.
LA FLOR DE ZAIDA can look back on more than 100 years of history as a manufacturer. The cigars stand for high quality and attention to detail. The brand was founded in 1930 by Manuel Hernandez in Pinar del Río, Cuba. It was later revived by CEO Antonino Piredda, who is continuing the legacy. Today, the cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
The company is one of more than 170 from the world of cigars and accessories exhibiting at InterTabac and InterSupply, the complementary trade fair for the entire process chain for the manufacture of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, water pipes and accessories. This segment has been a sought-after focal point of InterTabac since the beginning of its more than 40-year history. Exhibitors from the cigar industry are traditionally located in Halls 4 and 7. A total of eleven halls will be occupied during InterTabac and InterSupply. Trade visitor tickets for the trade fair duo are available in the online store – both as day and permanent tickets.
